Convenient, online acne treatment.
Step 1: Enquire.
The first step is to enquire online to arrange a pre-screening call to discuss your needs and expectations.

Step 2: Send medical information.
After booking your consultation, you'll receive a secure link to complete your new patient registration form and upload photos of your skin.
These need to be completed prior to your consultation, so our team has all the necessary information to discuss a suitable treatment plan.
Step 3: Pre-screening phone call.
One of our ACNE RX coordinators will contact you to discuss treatment expectations
Following your call, information on the relevant plan discussed will be emailed, along with 2 blood test forms.
The first one needs be done now, and the second will need to be done before your 2 month review.
Step 4: Payment.
Our consultation fee is $330. Payment is required to be paid before your discussion with our dermatologists and at every review or script renewal.
Step 5: Telehealth appointment.
Now it’s time for your telehealth appointment with one of our specialist dermatologists. They will answer all your questions, provide personalised advice and prescribe treatment.
An e-script will be sent to your email at the end of the consultation. Each script is 60 days of treatment.
Treatment course duration is individualised based on each patient's circumstances and history. We are aiming for "clear" skin! And this takes time, approximately 12 months (give or take a few months) pending individual response.
